It is necessary to emphasize that the recipient of your personal data will process such data in accordance with the provisions of this PRIVACY NOTICE and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

ARCO RIGHTS

Users and clients may exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) independently, without this exhausting other rights, as follows:

  • RIGHT OF ACCESS: The right to request that the company that has collected the personal data conduct an exhaustive search within its database where the information of the person exercising the right is located and make the requested information available to them.

  • RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION: The right to request that the company that has collected the personal data make modifications or corrections to the personal data of the person exercising the right when such data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

  • RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: The right to request that the company that has collected the personal data suppress or delete the files, records, files, systems, or databases in which the obtained personal data is stored.

  • RIGHT OF OPPOSITION: The right to request that the company that has collected the personal data refrain from using such information for certain situations. In such a request, the data subject must state the reasons for their opposition.

In the event that changes are made to this COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE, such changes will be communicated through the email address designated by the user and client.
